We have been using the Gluco 111+ Innov2Learn (I2L) glucometer in our undergraduate nursing simulation sessions in SETU for some time now, and it has proven to be a valuable addition to our training environment. The glucometer integrates really well into the scenarios and helps to enhance the realism of our simulations, allowing the students to engage in more authentic patient-care experience. Incorporating realistic blood glucose monitoring into training, gives the learners confidence and practical familiarity with procedures they will encounter in the clinical setting later on.
