  • From how far can I control it remotely? Based on our tests, you can control it remotely at a range of at least 15m.
  • Do I need Wi-Fi to operate or remotely control the devices? No, Wi-Fi would only be used to download the app. Once downloaded, only Bluetooth is required.
  • How do I control the simulated forehead thermometer remotely? Through our app, available on the Apple Store, Google Play store, and our website.
  • Can I use the device with an iPhone? Yes.
  • Can I use the device with an Android phone? Yes.
  • Can we remote control the same device with two different gadgets? Yes, but not at the same time. Only one "master" is allowed to control the device remotely. However, it can control 8+ devices and switch between them.
  • How can you identify the devices if you have a few of the same kind? Select the pen icon in the app to rename each device based on its label or location.
  • Can the devices perform actual medical measurements? No, our devices are designed exclusively for medical simulation and training purposes.
  • Is the GlucoIII or GlucoIII+ compatible with Accu-Chek Inform II charging dock? No.
  • Which test strips are compatible with the Gluco3, Gluco3+, and Gluco-mini systems? Accu-Chek Inform II and Contour Next test strips are recommended, though any strip that fits the slot will work just fine.
  • Can I use expired test strips? Yes. We also encourage you to do so!
  • Can I charge the device by connecting the USB cable to a computer? You can, but it will take longer to charge. We recommend using the provided wall charger for faster charging.
  • How long does it take to charge? 1 hour use = 1 hour charge. 8 hour use = 4 hour charge (with charging dock)
  • How much does a device cost? Please see current pricing on our product pages.
  • Are there recurring fees? No.
  • What is the shipping cost A flat rate of $75 applies to all orders, regardless of quantity.
